“I make sure to get a solid eight hours of sleep every night and I swear by drinking lots of water – I aim for 100 ounces of Smartwater daily,” Jennifer shared with Shape magazine. “Although, I must admit, I do have a weakness for Diet Coke every now and then – nothing beats it.”
